Makkah — Voco Makkah
Voco Makkah sits 1.3 to 1.8 kilometers (0.8 to 1.1 miles) from Masjid al-Haram, close enough that a shuttle is the primary way to reach the mosque comfortably, especially during Ramadan’s crowded taraweeh and suhoor hours. As part of our Gold tier, rooms here offer upgraded finishes and more spacious layouts than our Silver-tier hotels, which matters over a longer 14-night stay where comfort and consistency make a real difference. You can compare this against other options in our Makkah hotels guide, and travelers coordinating airport pickup or Ziyarat visits should review our Umrah Transportation page for how transfers are scheduled during Ramadan. Amenities: free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, on-site dining, and shuttle service to Masjid al-Haram.

Madinah — Waqf Outhman Bin Affan
Waqf Outhman Bin Affan is just 250 to 850 meters (roughly 0.15 to 0.5 miles) from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, close enough to walk to the mosque for all five daily prayers as well as taraweeh, without needing to rely on transport. Over an extended stay, this walking distance lets you return to your room to rest between prayers throughout the day without losing momentum on your worship schedule. See our Madinah hotels guide for how this compares across tiers, and check our Umrah Visa page if you still need to finalize your documentation before booking. Amenities: free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, walking access to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and on-site dining.

Your 14-Night 4-Star Gold Ramadan Umrah Itinerary:
A 14-night package means 14 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, which works out to 15 days total. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend 14 full nights across Makkah and Madinah, and fly home on Day 15. Departure is not on Day 14 — Day 14 is still spent in-country, with the return flight on Day 15.
Day 1 (Night 1 – Madinah): Arrive at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah, where our team meets you and arranges transport to Waqf Outhman Bin Affan. After check-in, rest from your journey before heading to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi for Maghrib and Isha prayers.
Day 2 (Night 2 – Madinah): Spend the day in worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, including a visit to Riyadh al-Jannah if timing permits. Rest in the afternoon before returning for taraweeh in the evening, followed by suhoor near the mosque.
Day 3 (Night 3 – Madinah): Join our guided Ziyarat tour covering Quba Mosque, the historic Uhud battlefield and martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain. Return to the hotel in the afternoon with free time before evening prayers.
Day 4 (Night 4 – Madinah): Use this day for deeper personal worship — extended Quran recitation and additional visits to the mosque between prayers, with plenty of time to rest given the length of this trip.
Day 5 (Night 5 – Madinah): Enjoy a final relaxed day in Madinah, revisiting Al-Masjid an-Nabawi for any prayers or reflection you’d like before transferring to Makkah tomorrow.
Day 6 (Night 6 – Makkah): Check out after Fajr prayer and travel by road to Makkah. Check in to Voco Makkah, freshen up, and proceed to Masjid al-Haram to perform your Umrah rites — Tawaf, Sa’i, and Halq/Taqsir — with our team guiding you through each step.
Day 7 (Night 7 – Makkah): Your first full day in Makkah is open for personal worship, including additional Tawaf and rest ahead of the evening’s taraweeh prayers.
Day 8 (Night 8 – Makkah): Continue your worship rhythm with time for suhoor and iftar near the mosque. Pilgrims interested in Ziyarat sites such as Jabal al-Nour or the Cave of Hira can arrange this with our transport team.
Day 9 (Night 9 – Makkah): With an extended stay ahead, use this day to pace yourself — balancing rest, prayer, and time at the Haram so you’re prepared for the more intensive final stretch of Ramadan.
Day 10 (Night 10 – Makkah): Continue daily worship at the Haram, with free time built in for personal reflection and any remaining Ziyarat visits before the last ten nights begin.
Day 11 (Night 11 – Makkah): As you enter the last ten nights of Ramadan, dedicate extended time to seeking Laylatul Qadr through night prayer at the Haram.
Day 12 (Night 12 – Makkah): Continue your worship through the odd nights of the last ten, one of the most spiritually significant stretches of the entire trip.
Day 13 (Night 13 – Makkah): Keep up an intensive worship schedule, balancing rest during the day with extended prayer at night as Ramadan draws to a close.
Day 14 (Night 14 – Makkah): Use your final full day for concentrated worship and reflection. In the evening, begin preparing for departure and settle any final hotel matters.
Day 15: Check out of Voco Makkah after Fajr prayer, with transport arranged to Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport for your return flight home.
Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose — flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead, visiting Madinah first and finishing in Makkah. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.
