Jeddah Airport Transfers for Umrah Travelers
When your flight lands at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), your driver is already tracking your flight and will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board — no need to arrange a taxi, negotiate a fare, or navigate an unfamiliar airport after a 12+ hour journey from the US.
Your driver takes you directly to your hotel in Makkah, with no shared stops or detours. At the end of your trip, the same door-to-door service runs in reverse: your driver picks you up from your Madinah hotel and takes you to Madinah’s Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (MED) for your departure, so you’re not backtracking through Jeddah.
Airport transfers are included in all three of our package tiers — 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star — so this is never a line item you have to plan or pay for separately. If your flight is delayed, your driver is notified and adjusts pickup time automatically.

Makkah to Madinah Transportation: Car or Haramain Train
Once your time in Makkah is complete, getting to Madinah is arranged as part of your package in one of two ways, depending on your package tier and preference.
Private Vehicle Transfer
Your driver takes you directly from your Makkah hotel to your Madinah hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle — door to door, with your luggage handled and no need to change vehicles mid-route. This is the standard option across all three package tiers and typically takes 4.5 to 6 hours by road.
Haramain High-Speed Train
For pilgrims who prefer a faster, more comfortable intercity journey, the Haramain High-Speed Railway connects Makkah and Madinah in under 2.5 hours at speeds of over 300 km/h.
We can arrange your train tickets and coordinate ground transfers on both ends — from your hotel to the station and from the station to your next hotel — so the train is never a logistics gap in your itinerary. Ask your package coordinator whether the train is included in your selected tier or available as an upgrade.
Whichever option you choose, this leg is handled by our own drivers and vehicles — not a third-party pickup service — so pilgrims travel with the same standard of comfort and reliability throughout the trip.

For families and larger groups, we offer a full range of vehicles beyond the standard sedan, including the GMC, Hyundai H1, HiAce, Coaster, and full-size Bus — so a family of 10 travels together in one vehicle instead of being split into multiple cars.
For families specifically, we recommend the GMC as our most comfortable option for the airport-to-Makkah-to-Madinah route: extra legroom, more luggage space, and a smoother ride for elderly travelers or anyone who needs to recline.
