Al Kiswah Hotel

Al Kiswah Hotel sits about 1.2–1.5km from Masjid al-Haram, roughly a 15–30 minute walk. A round-the-clock shuttle service is available for guests who’d rather not walk, running guests to and from Masjid al-Haram throughout the day. This distance is typical for the 3-star tier — it’s a big part of why this package is priced lower than hotels sitting right on the Haram. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with free WiFi, air conditioning, and comfortable bedding as standard.

Al Mukhtara International

Al Mukhtara International Hotel is just 250–650 meters from Masjid an-Nabawi, only about a 5–10 minute walk — noticeably closer than the Makkah property is to the Haram. That’s normal for this tier: 3-star hotels in Madinah tend to sit nearer their mosque than their Makkah counterparts do. Most guests walk over directly given the short distance. Rooms are tidy and spacious, with centralized air conditioning, mini-fridges, and free WiFi, and the on-site restaurant serves a traditional and international breakfast.

Your 7-Night 3-Star October Umrah Itinerary

Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Depart from the USA and land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah or Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah . A representative will meet you on arrival and coordinate your private transfer directly to Makkah. Check in to Al Kiswah Hotel, take time to freshen up after the journey, and prepare yourself spiritually and physically — entering Ihram, making the intention, and reciting the Talbiyah — before heading out for Umrah.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites
With guidance from your group leader, perform the core rites of Umrah: Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and finally Halq or Taqsir to formally complete the Umrah. This is typically an emotional and deeply spiritual day, so the schedule is kept unhurried to let you fully absorb the experience.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided excursion takes you to two of Makkah’s most historically significant sites: Jabal al-Noor, home to the Cave of Hira where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) received the first revelation, and the surrounding areas tied to the early history of Islam. It’s a chance to connect with the roots of the faith beyond the Haram itself.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
Your final day in Makkah is left open for personal worship. Many pilgrims use this time for extra Tawaf, quiet reflection in the Haram, or simply resting before the journey to Madinah. Checkout from Al Kiswah Hotel takes place at the end of the day.

Day 5 — Travel to Madinah
Travel with our Umrah Taxi for a comfortable, scenic journey from Makkah to Madinah. On arrival, transfer to Al Mukhtara International Hotel and check in, with the rest of the day free to settle in and visit Masjid an-Nabawi at your own pace.

Day 6 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A full day of guided visits around the city, including Masjid an-Nabawi itself, the Rawdah (subject to availability and access timing), and Quba Mosque — the first mosque built in Islamic history. This day offers a rich blend of historical and spiritual significance.

Day 7 — Free Day in Madinah
Your last full day in Saudi Arabia is reserved for unstructured time at Masjid an-Nabawi. Use it for additional prayer, visiting the Prophet’s grave to send salutations, or simply soaking in the atmosphere of the city before departure.

Day 8 — Departure
Transfer to Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah or King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah for your return flight to the USA, bringing your Umrah journey to a close.
