Makkah — Al Kiswah Hotel

Located 0.5 to 0.9 miles (roughly 900 meters to 1.5 kilometers) from Masjid al-Haram, Al Kiswah Hotel is one of our value-friendly Makkah hotels, positioned a bit farther out than our closest properties. At this distance, most guests rely on the included ground transportation to get to and from the Haram, especially during Ramadan when the areas immediately surrounding the mosque get significantly busier and walking becomes less practical for many pilgrims. The shuttle runs regularly throughout the day and night, including around Taraweeh and Suhoor times. Rooms are clean and comfortably furnished with air conditioning and a private bathroom, and the hotel offers daily breakfast (timed around Ramadan hours), free WiFi throughout, and a 24/7 front desk to help with anything you need during the Holy Month.

Madinah — Al Mukhtara International

Just 650 to 700 meters (about 0.4 miles) from Masjid an-Nabawi — roughly an 8–9 minute walk — Al Mukhtara International is one of our closer-positioned Madinah hotels, making it comfortable to walk over for prayers, including Taraweeh, without depending on transport. Rooms are well-maintained with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and daily housekeeping. Breakfast is included each morning, adjusted for Ramadan schedules, with free WiFi and a 24/7 front desk available throughout your stay. As with every package, your Umrah visa is fully processed on your behalf ahead of arrival, so there’s nothing left to arrange once you land.

Your 7-Night 3-Star Ramadan Umrah Itinerary:

A 7-night package means 7 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, which works out to 8 days total. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend 7 full nights across Makkah and Madinah, and fly home on Day 8. Departure is not on Day 7 — Day 7 is still spent in-country, with the return flight on Day 8.

Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Depart from your chosen US city and land at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah. Private transfer to Al Kiswah Hotel in Makkah. Check in, rest, and prepare for Umrah.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites
Perform Umrah — Tawaf, Sa’i, and Halq/Taqsir — with guidance from your group leader.

Day 3 — Free Day / Taraweeh in Makkah
Time to rest and worship at the Haram, with nightly Taraweeh prayers offering a uniquely powerful atmosphere during Ramadan.

Day 4 — Free Day / Ziyarat in Makkah
Optional guided visit to historical sites in and around Makkah, including Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira area.

Day 5 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway to Madinah. Check in to Al Mukhtara International.

Day 6 — Ziyarat in Madinah
Guided visit to Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and other key historical sites in Madinah.

Day 7 — Free Day / Taraweeh in Madinah
Additional time for worship and Taraweeh prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi, at your own pace.

Day 8 — Departure
Transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.

Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose — flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead, visiting Madinah first and finishing in Makkah. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.
