Distance: Jumeirah Jabal Omar is located about 300 to 350 meters from Masjid al-Haram. Jumeirah’s own materials describe the walk as closer to 3 minutes; independent travel listings tend to round it to 4 or 5, so expect somewhere in between depending on which entrance you use.

The property runs a free shuttle dedicated specifically to the mosque route, with timing that guests consistently describe as well-coordinated around prayer schedules.
This is the one honest trade-off in the 14-night package, and it’s worth stating plainly rather than glossing over: you won’t be walking to the mosque from here. What you gain instead is real space — a full apartment with a kitchen, a separate living area, and noticeably more room than a standard hotel room, which is a meaningful difference over seven nights, particularly for families or anyone traveling with children. Your 14 Nights 5-Star Silver August Umrah Itinerary
A 14-night package means 14 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 15 days total — 7 nights in Makkah and 7 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 14 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 15.
Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer to Jumeirah Jabal Omar. Check in, rest after the flight, and change into Ihram — your group leader covers the intentions and rulings before you head out for Umrah.
Day 2 — Perform Umrah
Tawaf, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir, guided throughout by your group leader. Transport to and from the Haram is included for the full stay.
Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, scheduled early to beat the August heat.
Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
An unstructured day to worship at your own pace, rest after the first days of travel, or simply return to the Haram whenever you feel called to.
Day 5 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A second guided outing, covering Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat — sites most shorter packages don’t have time to include.
Day 6 — Free Day in Makkah
More unstructured time. With a full week here, there’s no pressure to pack everything into a single visit to the Haram.
Day 7 — Free Day in Makkah
Your final day in this city. Make one last visit to the Haram before checking out of Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
Day 8 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway, a comfortable two-hour journey. Check in to Marriott Executive Apartments on arrival and settle into your apartment for the week ahead.
Day 9 — Ziyarat in Madinah
Shuttle to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi for a guided visit, with the Rawdah (subject to availability) and Quba Mosque.
Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah
Additional shuttle time for worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, at your own pace.
Day 11 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Mount Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.
Day 12 — Free Day in Madinah
An open day for personal worship, rest, or time with family members traveling with you — many pilgrims use the apartment’s kitchen for a home-cooked meal on days like this.
Day 13 — Free Day in Madinah
More unhurried time at the mosque — many pilgrims on this longer package use these extra days to sit in the Rawdah more than once.
Day 14 — Free Day in Madinah
Your final full day in Saudi Arabia. Take a last shuttle to the mosque, make any last du’as, and finish packing.
Day 15 — Departure
Check out of Marriott Executive Apartments and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.
