Makkah — Voco Makkah
Distance from Haram: 1.8km · 20–25 minute walk
Two weeks in Makkah calls for a hotel that holds up over a longer stay, and Voco Makkah delivers on that front spacious, well-appointed rooms, dependable air conditioning, and IHG-standard housekeeping throughout your visit. The distance from the Haram means the walk isn’t the everyday choice, particularly with June’s summer heat in play, so most guests settle into a routine with the hotel’s regular shuttle, timed around the five daily prayers.
With several towers, a restaurant, and a shared lounge on site, it’s built to handle groups and families comfortably across an extended stay. It’s one of our featured picks in the Makkah Hotel 4-star category, with shuttle service to and from the Haram covered as part of our included Umrah Transport.

Madinah — Waqf Outhman Bin Affan
Distance from Masjid an-Nabawi: under 1km · 6–8 minute walk
Named for the endowment of Uthman ibn Affan, with hotel proceeds contributing to the upkeep of Masjid an-Nabawi, Waqf Outhman Bin Affan gives a 14-night stay real meaning beyond the convenience. And the convenience is real too — a short, flat walk to the mosque that becomes second nature after a week of five-times-daily visits.
Rooms are air-conditioned with city views, and the on-site halal restaurant serves a rotating buffet across several cuisines, a welcome variety over an extended stay. It’s a standout in our Madinah Hotel 4-star selection, with airport transfers and Ziyarat visits throughout your stay handled by our included Umrah Transport.

Your 14-Night 4-Star Gold June Umrah Itinerary
A 14-night package means 14 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 15 days total — 7 nights in Makkah and 7 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 14 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 15.
Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, and transfer directly to Voco Makkah. Check in, settle in after the journey, and change into Ihram ahead of Umrah — your group leader covers the intentions and rulings before you head out.
Day 2 — Umrah Rites
Perform Umrah — Tawaf, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir — guided by your group leader throughout. Most pilgrims spend the rest of the day resting and offering voluntary prayers at the Haram.
Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, scheduled early in the day to work around June’s heat.
Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
An open day to worship at your own pace — extra Tawaf, quiet time with the Qur’an, or simply resting between prayers.
Day 5 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal Thawr and nearby sites connected to the Prophet’s ï·º migration to Madinah, including the cave where he ï·º took shelter.
Day 6 — Free Day in Makkah
Another open day for extra worship, rest, or a slow browse through the shops around the Haram.
Day 7 — Free Day in Makkah
Your final day in Makkah. Use the extra time for reflection and one last Tawaf before checking out of Voco Makkah.
Day 8 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway, a comfortable two-hour journey across the desert. Check in to Waqf Outhman Bin Affan on arrival, a short walk from the mosque.
Day 9 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque — the first mosque built in Islam.
Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah
Additional time for worship at Masjid an-Nabawi at your own pace, made easy given how close the hotel sits to the mosque.
Day 11 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Mount Uhud, the site of the Battle of Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.
Day 12 — Free Day in Madinah
An open day for personal reflection, rest, or a visit to the local markets near the mosque.
Day 13 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A visit to Madinah’s date orchards and any remaining historical sites, with time to pick up Ajwa dates before heading home.
Day 14 — Free Day in Madinah
Your final full day in Saudi Arabia. Spend extra time at Masjid an-Nabawi, make any last du’as, and finish packing.
Day 15 — Departure
Check out of Waqf Outhman Bin Affan and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.
Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose—flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.
