5 Star August Umrah Package 10 Nights Silver USA | From $999

Ten nights is the balance point most returning pilgrims ask for long enough to worship at their own pace in Makkah, settle properly into Madinah, and still fly home with a week’s worth of memories rather than exhaustion. This 5-Star Silver package pairs the Hilton Convention Hotel in Makkah with Dar Al Taqwa in Madinah, one of the closest hotels to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in the entire city, at roughly a two-minute walk.

August’s off-peak pricing keeps this at our most accessible 5-star rate for the duration. Comparing durations before you commit? Our Summer Umrah Package page lays out how the 7, 10, and 14-night options differ.

Hilton Convention-Makkah

Distance: Hilton Convention Hotel is located about 500 meters from Masjid al-Haram, in the Jabal Omar development. The walk takes roughly 5 to 9 minutes via Ajyad Gate, and the hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle for guests who’d rather skip it during peak August heat.

Five full nights here means you’re not just close to the Haram you have time to build a rhythm around it. As a newer, larger-format Hilton property, rooms and public areas run more spacious than many comparably priced Makkah hotels, which matters over a longer stay. One of our featured Makkah hotels, airport pickup, and every transfer during your Makkah stay run through our Makkah transport service.

Dar Al Taqwa

Distance: Dar Al Taqwa sits approximately 30 to 150 meters from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, almost directly opposite the King Fahd Gate and the mosque’s main ladies’ entrance. The walk takes roughly 2 to 4 minutes.

Five nights at Dar Al Taqwa, featured among our Madinah Hotels, turns proximity into real time saved not just once, but five times a day across the full stay. This is one of the closest hotel options to the mosque in all of Madinah, which makes it an easy fit for elderly pilgrims or families who’d rather not build in extra walking time between prayers. All local transport is arranged through our Madinah transport network.

Your 10 Nights 5-Star Silver August Umrah Itinerary

A 10-night package means 10 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 11 days total — 5 nights in Makkah and 5 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 10 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 11.

Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer to Hilton Convention Hotel. Check in, rest after the journey, and change into Ihram — your group leader covers the intentions and rulings before you head out for Umrah.

Day 2 — Perform Umrah
Tawaf, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir, with your group leader guiding each step. Transport to and from the Haram is included throughout.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, scheduled early to beat the August heat.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
An open day to worship at your own pace — extra Tawaf, quiet reflection, or simply resting between prayers, with transport available whenever you need it.

Day 5 — Free Day in Makkah
Your final day in Makkah. Fit in one last visit to the Haram before checking out of Hilton Convention Hotel.

Day 6 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway, a comfortable two-hour journey. Check in to Dar Al Taqwa on arrival — close enough to make Dhuhr on foot the same day.

Day 7 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque.

Day 8 — Free Day in Madinah
Additional time for worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, made effortless given how close Dar Al Taqwa sits to the mosque.

Day 9 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Mount Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.

Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah
Your final full day in Saudi Arabia. Spend extra time at the mosque, make any last du’as, and finish packing.

Day 11 — Departure
Check out of Dar Al Taqwa and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.

Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ten nights allows a more even split between Makkah and Madinah, and with August’s lighter crowds you’re less likely to need extra buffer time for Tawaf or Rawdah — meaning those extra days go toward genuine rest rather than queueing.
Very close — most guests reach the King Fahd Gate in about 2 to 4 minutes on foot, making it one of the nearest hotel options to the mosque in Madinah.
Hotel quality is verified 5-star across all three durations, though the specific properties differ by package — this 10-night trip uses Hilton Convention Hotel and Dar Al Taqwa specifically.
Custom night splits can be arranged on request. The 5/5 split listed here is our standard recommendation for 10-night Silver bookings, but our team can adjust it based on your priorities.
This package includes one guided Ziyarah day in Makkah (Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira) and two in Madinah (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah, and Quba Mosque; then Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain), each led by an English/Urdu-speaking guide.
Yes. Ten nights gives families enough built-in free days to move at a comfortable pace and avoid the fatigue that comes with a tightly packed shorter trip during peak summer temperatures.
No. The Makkah-to-Madinah rail transfer is included in your package and arranged by our team, so there’s nothing additional to book or pay for on the day.
