4 Star August Umrah Package 10 Nights Platinum USA | $820

Ten nights at the top of our 4-star range gives you a full, even split between Makkah and Madinah five nights each at Al Ebaa Hotel Makkah and Saja by Warwick Madinah without moving up to 5-star pricing.

It’s the duration we see most often booked by pilgrims who’ve done a shorter Umrah trip before and are ready for more time this August: more days to settle into the walk to the Haram, more time to actually enjoy Madinah rather than pass through it. Weighing this against a shorter or longer stay? Our Summer Umrah Package page lays out how all three August durations compare.

Al Ebaa Makkah

Distance: Al Ebaa Hotel Makkah is located on Ibrahim Al Khalil Street, approximately 600 to 800 meters from Masjid al-Haram — a 10 to 12 minute walk, with a slight incline on part of the route. A shuttle option is also available for guests who prefer not to walk.

Five nights at Al Ebaa Hotel Makkah, our top pick among the Makkah Hotels in our 4-star lineup, gives you enough time to turn the 10-minute walk into a familiar part of your day rather than a fresh calculation each time you head out. Guests staying this length often use the in-house prayer hall connected to the Haram’s live broadcast for a prayer or two between full visits, without breaking their day into constant back-and-forth trips. All transfers, including options for the walk itself, are arranged through our Makkah transport service.

Saja by Warwick

Distance: Saja by Warwick Madinah sits on King Faisal Street in Madinah’s Northern Central Zone, about 300 meters from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi roughly a 4 to 5 minute walk.

Five nights at Saja by Warwick, one of our featured Madinah Hotels, means enough time to actually explore Madinah beyond the mosque itself. The Old Bazaar sits just a few hundred meters away, and Quba Mosque and Uhud are easy day trips from a base this comfortable. The hotel’s contemporary, recently renovated rooms give families and couples a quieter retreat between prayers, especially valuable during the hottest August afternoons. Local transport runs through our Madinah transport network.

Your 10 Nights 4-Star Platinum August Umrah Itinerary

A 10-night package means 10 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 11 days total — 5 nights in Makkah and 5 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 10 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 11.

Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah. Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer to Al Ebaa Hotel Makkah. Check in, rest after the flight, and change into Ihram your group leader covers the intentions and rulings before your first walk to the Haram.

Day 2 — Perform Umrah Tawaf, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir, guided throughout by your group leader. Transport is available for anyone who prefers not to make the walk during the hottest hours.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, timed for the cooler early morning to avoid the height of August’s midday heat.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah An unstructured day to worship at your own pace, rest after the first days of travel, or head back to the Haram whenever you’re ready.

Day 5 — Free Day in Makkah Your final day in this city. Make one last extended visit to the Haram before checking out of Al Ebaa Hotel.

Day 6 — Travel to Madinah Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway, a comfortable two-hour journey. Check in to Saja by Warwick Madinah on arrival, a short walk from the mosque.

Day 7 — Ziyarat in Madinah A guided visit to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque.

Day 8 — Free Day in Madinah Additional time for worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, made easy given how close Saja by Warwick sits to the mosque.

Day 9 — Ziyarat in Madinah A guided visit to Mount Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.

Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah Your final full day in Saudi Arabia. Spend extra time at the mosque, make any last du’as, and finish packing.

Day 11 — Departure Check out of Saja by Warwick Madinah and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.

Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose — flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ten nights allows a genuinely even 5/5 split between Makkah and Madinah, gives you real time to settle into the walk from Al Ebaa Hotel, and leaves room to explore Madinah beyond just the mosque itself.
Yes — Al Ebaa Hotel Makkah and Saja by Warwick Madinah are identical across all three Platinum durations. The only difference is the number of nights at each property and the total package price.
Custom night splits can be arranged on request. The 5/5 split listed here is our standard recommendation for 10-night Platinum bookings, but our team can adjust it based on your priorities.
One guided Ziyarah day in Makkah (Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira) and two in Madinah (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah, and Quba Mosque; then Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain), each led by an English/Urdu-speaking guide.
Yes. Ten nights gives families enough free days to move at a comfortable pace and recover from the heat between activities, rather than the fatigue that comes with a tightly packed shorter trip.
No. The Makkah-to-Madinah rail transfer is included in your package and arranged by our team, so there’s nothing additional to book or pay for on the day.
Most pilgrims find it becomes routine within the first two or three days. For anyone who’d rather not walk daily in the August heat, vehicle transport to and from the Haram is available on request throughout your stay.
