Voco Makkah

Voco Makkah is about 1.3 kilometers from Masjid al-Haram, with a free shuttle bus running around the clock to and from the Haram—so timing your visits around the five daily prayers is never a hassle. For a 10-night stay, that kind of easy, on-demand access matters more than usual, and the hotel’s contemporary Gold-tier rooms and attentive service make it a comfortable base to settle into over several days.

Waqf Outhman Bin Affan

Waqf Outhman Bin Affan sits in the heart of Madinah, less than 1 kilometer from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi—a practical, central option for pilgrims who’d rather walk to the mosque than wait on a shuttle. The hotel doesn’t run its own shuttle service, but at this distance most guests find they don’t need one. It’s a solid fit for families and pilgrims planning a longer, more settled stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Your 10-Night 4-Star October Gold Umrah Itinerary

A 10-night package means 10 nights of hotel stays in Saudi Arabia, working out to 11 days total—5 nights in Makkah and 5 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 10 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 11.

Day 1—Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Depart from your chosen US city and land at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah. A private transfer takes you to Voco Makkah, about 1.3 kilometers from the Haram. Check in; rest after the journey; and change into Ihram ahead of Umrah—your group leader will walk you through the intentions and rulings beforehand.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites
Perform Umrah—Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir to complete the rites—with step-by-step guidance from your group leader.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, where the first revelation is believed to have taken place.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
Extra time for personal worship, additional Tawaf, and rest at your own pace.

Day 5 — Free Day in Makkah
A second free day to make the most of your time near the Haram before heading to Madinah—use the free shuttle as often as you like.

Day 6 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via private Umrah taxi to Madinah, a comfortable journey of roughly two hours. Check in to Waqf Outhman Bin Affan, less than a kilometer from the Prophet’s Mosque.

Day 7 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque—the first mosque built in Islam.

Day 8 — Free Day in Madinah
Time for worship at Masjid an-Nabawi at your own pace, with easy walking access from the hotel.

Day 9 — Free Day in Madinah
Continue your worship routine and explore the surrounding area near the mosque.

Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah
A final full day for reflection and prayer. Make any last duas and finish packing ahead of departure.

Day 11 — Departure
Check out of Waqf Othman Bin Affan and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.
