Waqf Outhman Bin Affan

Waqf Othman Bin Affan is located approximately 300 to 500 meters from the Prophet’s Mosque, roughly a 5–10 minute walk. The hotel does not provide a dedicated, free shuttle service to the Masjid, though the short walking distance makes one largely unnecessary. Select Your Umrah Journey

Compare our three accommodation tiers—and their silver, gold, and platinum sub-tiers—to find the right balance of comfort and budget for your 7-night October journey.

SLIVER PACKAGE

From $520

  • Silver is the entry point into our 4-star lineup for October, pairing comfortable, well-appointed hotels with the most accessible price point in the tier.
  • Rooms sit a short shuttle ride from the Haram, giving pilgrims a genuine step up from 3-star comfort without moving into premium pricing

GOLD PACKAGE

From $600

  • Gold sits right in the middle of our 4-star range, and it’s the tier this package is built around.
  • Hotels like Voco Makkah bring you noticeably closer to the Haram with a complimentary 24-hour shuttle, upgraded room standards, and more attentive service than Silver—without stepping up to full Platinum pricing.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

From $680

  • Platinum is the top of our 4-star lineup, putting pilgrims in the closest available properties to the Haram at this star rating, with the highest room and service standard the tier offers.
  • It suits pilgrims who want minimal walking and maximum comfort throughout their stay while still sitting below full 5-star pricing.

Your 7-Night 4-Star October Gold Umrah Itinerary

A 7-night package means 7 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 8 days total—4 nights in Makkah and 3 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 7 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 8.

Day 1—Depart USA / Arrive Makkah
Depart from your chosen US city and land at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, where most international connections arrive the same day given the flight length. A private transfer takes you straight to Voco Makkah, about 1.8 kilometers from the Haram. Check in, freshen up after the journey, and change into Ihram ahead of Umrah—your group leader will walk you through the intentions and rulings before you head out.

Day 2 — Umrah Rites
Perform Umrah—Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir to complete the rites—with step-by-step guidance from your group leader throughout. Most pilgrims spend the rest of the day resting and offering voluntary prayers at the Haram.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah
A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, the mountain where the first revelation is believed to have taken place. It’s a steep, meaningful climb for those able to make it, and the group leader will share the history of the site along the way.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah
Your final day in the Holy City. Use the extra time for reflection and one last Tawaf before packing up and checking out of Voco Makkah ahead of tomorrow’s transfer.

Day 5 — Travel to Madinah
Transfer via the private umrah taxi to Madinah—a comfortable, roughly two-hour journey across the desert. On arrival, check in to Waqf Outhman Bin Affan, just 300–500 meters from the Prophet’s Mosque, and settle in for the second half of your trip.

Day 6 — Ziyarat in Madinah
A guided visit to Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque — the first mosque built in Islam, just outside the city center. Many pilgrims try to pray two rak’ahs at Quba, following the Sunnah.

Day 7 — Free Day in Madinah
Additional time for worship at Masjid an-Nabawi at your own pace. Given the short walk from Waqf Outhman Bin Affan to the mosque, it’s easy to head over between each of the five daily prayers. Make any last duas and finish packing ahead of tomorrow’s departure.

Day 8 — Departure
Check out of Waqf Othman Bin Affan and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.
