3 Star July Umrah Package 14 Nights USA | From $649

Two weeks in Saudi Arabia during the hottest month of the year is a real commitment, and this package is priced and paced for pilgrims who are in it for the long haul rather than a quick trip.

Fourteen nights split evenly between Emaar Elite Makkah and New Madinah Hotel gives you room to move slowly through the July heat instead of fighting it—long rest blocks in air-conditioned rooms, a hotel shuttle in Makkah for the hotter hours, and a full week in Madinah’s noticeably gentler climate to close out the trip. If you’re deciding between this and a shorter July departure, our Summer Umrah Package page lays out how the durations compare.

Emaar Elite Makkah

Distance: Emaar Elite Makkah sits in the Ajyad district, roughly 1.6 kilometers from Masjid al-Haram — a 19–20 minute walk, much of it on a hill. A shuttle service runs to and from the Haram throughout the day and is the recommended option during July’s peak heat.

Emaar Elite is the furthest of our 3-Star Makkah partners from the Haram, and we say that plainly because it’s the honest reason this package hits its price point over seven nights. The shuttle is what makes it work it’s a genuine part of the package, not an afterthought, and most pilgrims booking this hotel in July use it for every trip to and from the mosque rather than walking. If proximity matters more to you than price, our Makkah Hotels page lists closer alternatives at every tier. Airport and shuttle logistics for this property run through our Makkah transport service.

New Madinah Hotel

Distance: New Madinah Hotel is located south of the Prophet’s Mosque, near the Al Rawdah Al Sharifa and Al Baqi’ areas, approximately 450 meters away — about a 6–7 minute walk.

Seven full nights at New Madinah Hotel, featured among our Madinah Hotels, gives this package’s second week a completely different rhythm than the first — a short, flat walk to the mosque instead of a shuttle-dependent one, and Madinah’s milder July weather making that walk genuinely pleasant at almost any hour.

For pilgrims managing a long trip with elderly parents or young children, this stretch tends to be where everyone gets to properly rest. City transport and Ziyarah transfers run through our Madinah transport network.

Your 14 Nights 3-Star July Umrah Itinerary

A 14-night package means 14 nights of hotel stay in Saudi Arabia, working out to 15 days total — 7 nights in Makkah and 7 nights in Madinah. Pilgrims fly out and arrive on Day 1, spend all 14 nights across the two holy cities, and fly home on Day 15.

Day 1 — Depart USA / Arrive Makkah

Land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and transfer by shuttle to Emaar Elite Makkah. Check in, rest after the flight, and change into Ihram — your group leader covers the intentions and rulings before you head out for Umrah.

Day 2 — Perform Umrah

Tawaf, Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir, guided throughout by your group leader. Shuttle transport to and from the Haram is included for the full stay, which matters most on this particular hotel pairing.

Day 3 — Ziyarat in Makkah

A guided visit to Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, scheduled early to beat the July heat.

Day 4 — Free Day in Makkah

An unstructured day to worship at your own pace, rest after the first stretch of travel, or return to the Haram via shuttle whenever you feel called to.

Day 5 — Ziyarat in Makkah

A second guided outing, covering Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat — sites most shorter packages don’t have time to include.

Day 6 — Free Day in Makkah

More unstructured time. With a full week here, there’s no pressure to pack everything into a single visit to the Haram.

Day 7 — Free Day in Makkah

Your final day in this city. Make one last shuttle trip to the Haram before checking out of Emaar Elite Makkah.

Day 8 — Travel to Madinah

Transfer via the Haramain High Speed Railway, a comfortable two-hour journey. Check in to New Madinah Hotel on arrival, a short walk from the mosque.

Day 9 — Ziyarat in Madinah

A guided visit to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Rawdah (subject to availability), and Quba Mosque.

Day 10 — Free Day in Madinah

Additional time for worship at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, made easy given how close New Madinah Hotel sits to the mosque and how much milder Madinah’s July climate is.

Day 11 — Ziyarat in Madinah

A guided visit to Mount Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.

Day 12 — Free Day in Madinah

An open day for personal worship, rest, or time with family members traveling with you.

Day 13 — Free Day in Madinah

More unhurried time at the mosque — many pilgrims on this longer package use these extra days to sit in the Rawdah more than once.

Day 14 — Free Day in Madinah

Your final full day in Saudi Arabia. Spend extra time at the mosque, make any last du’as, and finish packing.

Day 15 — Departure

Check out of New Madinah Hotel and transfer to Madinah airport for your return flight to the USA.

Note: this is the standard routing most pilgrims choose — flying into Jeddah, starting in Makkah, and finishing in Madinah before departure. You can also fly directly into Madinah and begin your journey there instead. Let your travel consultant know your preference when booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fourteen nights is for pilgrims who want the lowest possible cost per night while still getting a full, unrushed trip — and the extra time gives you room to pace yourself against July’s heat rather than packing everything into a shorter, more intense schedule.
It’s the tradeoff behind this package’s price. The shuttle service is built into your daily routine rather than an occasional extra, and most pilgrims booking this hotel for 14 nights settle into that rhythm quickly.
Yes, with the shuttle doing the heavy lifting on the Makkah side. The extended stay also reduces daily transfer stress overall, and our on-ground team prioritizes support for families and elderly pilgrims throughout the trip.
The gap reflects additional hotel nights, not a change in tier — though note that each duration uses a different confirmed hotel pairing at the 3-Star level, since availability shifts by length of stay and season.
Two in Makkah — Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, then Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat — and two in Madinah, covering the Prophet’s Mosque and Quba Mosque, followed by Uhud, the Martyrs’ cemetery, and Masjid al-Qiblatain.
Generally the opposite, if paced right. Fewer back-to-back activity days, more rest time between prayers, and a shuttle-served Makkah hotel mean less physical strain than a compressed, walk-heavy shorter trip.
Yes, wheelchair assistance and extended layover support can be arranged on request, particularly useful for 14-night bookings traveling with elderly family members. Mention this when requesting your flight quote.
