We recommend booking at least 3–4 months in advance to secure the best prices and ensure visa processing is completed on time. Peak periods such as Ramadan and school holidays tend to fill up quickly, so early booking is strongly advised.

You will need a valid US passport (valid for at least 6 months), completed visa application form, recent passport-size photographs, proof of vaccination (meningitis is mandatory), and a mahram relationship certificate for women under 45 traveling without a male guardian.

Women under 45 years of age are required to travel with a mahram (male guardian). Women over 45 may travel in an organized group without a mahram, but must provide a No Objection Certificate from their mahram. Our team will guide you through all the required documentation.

The packages differ in the room sharing arrangement. The Quad package means 4 people share one room ($1,190/person), the Triple package means 3 people share one room ($1,290/person), and the Double package means 2 people share one room ($1,490/person). All packages include the same hotels, services, and inclusions.

In Makkah, you will stay at Dar Al Eiman Al Sud Hotel, a 3-star property located 2.5 km from Masjid al-Haram. In Madinah, you will stay at Dar Al Eiman Al Nour Hotel, a 3-star property located 1.2 km from Masjid al-Nabawi. Both hotels offer breakfast, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 front desk service.
